Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar
About This Spot
Stepping into Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar is like walking into a lively hub where bold flavors and electric energy come together in a distinctly Las Vegas way. The atmosphere hums with a sense of playful confidence—the kind of place where the pace feels just right for sharing a casual meal with friends or fueling up before an evening adventure on the Strip. It’s not polished or overly formal; instead, it invites you to lean into moments of genuine enjoyment amid vibrant décor and a buzz that never quite settles down.
The menu sketches a spirited American journey, serving up dishes that celebrate generous portions and unapologetic flavor combinations. There’s a comforting familiarity in the mix—think stacks of stacked-up burgers packed with melty cheese and bacon, or nachos piled high with smoky pulled pork and colorful toppings that add a punch to every bite. And yet, within that familiar embrace, there’s enough surprise and character to keep things interesting, from rich barbecue sauces that suggest afternoons spent around a backyard pit, to playful twists on breakfast classics and coastal-inspired tacos.
What stands out is the sense of invitation to dig in and share—whether that’s a communal plate of wings or signature fries that show up as more than just a sidekick. The vibe here encourages casual moments of connection: laughter over a table loaded with a “trash can” of nachos, conversations sparked by an unexpectedly intricate salad, or the comfortable silence that comes with savoring a burger that echoes local pride and culinary personality.
While the spotlight shines brightly on food, the bar’s offerings carry their own weight. The drinks menu complements the robust plates, inviting guests to savor a well-crafted Bloody Mary or find refreshment amid the hotel’s bustle. And through it all, there’s a sense that this is a place designed not just for appetite but for atmosphere—one that balances the energy of Las Vegas with warmth and a friendly unpretentiousness. For anyone looking to experience a piece of the city’s vibrant dining scene without pretense, this spot offers a grounded yet spirited refuge.

Let me take this one at a time. I finally made it to one of Guy’s spots. The first thing I think of is meeting him at Stagecoach a few years ago and the first thing he did was make me something to eat. We went today for the all you can eat Brunch. Motley Que Chilaquiles : Tortilla Chips tossed with salsa roja, fire roasted Jalapeños, crumbled cotija cheese, pulled pork, avocado and a sunny side up egg. I enjoyed these. They had a good flavor and the chips weren’t all soggy which I appreciated. Guys Mac and Cheese: macaroni pasta, four cheese sauce SMC (Super Melty Cheese) topped with crispy onion straws. The mac and cheese is a smaller size which was appreciated since there was so much I wanted to try. Add some jalapeños and thank me later. Big Bite Breakfast Burrito: scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, wrapped in a cheese quesadilla with pico de gallo, salsa roja and country potatoes. This wasn’t worth the upgrade. The burrito was just okay and the salsa didn't have any heat to it at all. Motley que pulled pork slider : pulled pork smothered in guys bourbon brown sugar bbq sauce, stacked with citrus slaw, pickle chips, aged cheddar cheese plus donkey sauce on a pretzel bun. Now this was good however the sandwich was overshadowed by the fries that came with it. They were absolutely perfect. Guys Peanut butter bacon + banana waffle : Belgium waffles, stacked with candied bacon, sliced bananas, creamy peanut butter + bacon maple syrup. I LOVED THIS! This was amazing on so many levels. Southern Style Biscuits and gravy : Buttermilk biscuit, country style gravy topped with bacon crumbles. The gravy had a good flavor and I loved the jalapeños. I wish the biscuit was cut in half and that the gravy was layered to help it absorb more of the gravy. Now our server was incredibly friendly and was never far when we needed her. Great service is alive and well here.

After our long drive from Salt Lake City, my family and I were starving and looking for somewhere good to eat. Someone recommended Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar, and we will forever be grateful for this recommendation. It REALLY hit the spot. I ordered the bacon mac ‘n’ cheese burger which was absolutely incredible. No wonder it’s an award-winning burger. My mom and aunt shared the holy guacamole burger, which they were very impressed with. They said they have never had anything like it. The fries were super tasty as well. Our server was a true gentleman and gave me a years-worth of ketchup when I asked for some to go. This was a fantastic first meal in Vegas and we highly recommend it for anyone who is starving and ready to devour some delicious food.

Trash can nachos were very good. It has a very sweet bbq flavor which wasn’t my favorite but I would go eat them again. Enough for 2 people.

Pretty restaurant. We took advantage of their lunch special. Appetizer and burger for $30 Portions are huge unfortunately hamburger were missing flavor and the fries were a little too burn for my taste. For appetizer I got the chopped salad, it was amazing and the corn dip with chips, very good too.
